Young Company
Nesė Group is a company of young employees. The average age of the personnel is 32. The employees between 20 and 25 comprise 48 % and the staff between 26 and 30 comprise about 25 % of total employees. Work at the company is considered to be interesting and inspiring, providing the staff possibilities to improve their skills. Which area would you be interested in?
The most working places established by Nesė Group are in Vilnius. Now there are about 300 people working in Vilnius, 220 in Klaipėda, more than 20 in Kretinga, about 40 in Palanga. This year, after new leisure entertainment complexes are launched in Lithuania and abroad, Nesė Group will hire 25 percent more people.

Nesė Group makes efforts to create the right conditions for its' staff to be able to grow acquiring valuable professional skills and developing personally. One of the main responsibilities of the executive managers of the company is to notice a promising person and to take care of his career. Due to the fast growth of the company and constant availability of managing staff the priority is always appointed to the present Nesė Group's staff.
Professional development is a constant concern of the company. Own and outsourced widely accepted professional trainers and teachers help to improve professional skills of employees. Efficient training system established in the companies of Nesė Group provides employees with a significant possibility to improve their skills both in-service and outdoors.
Motivation
Every year Nesė Group elects and awards 12 best employers of its' companies. One of them is rewarded with a trip to the world's entertainment capital, Las Vegas. This tradition is being kept for some years and it is one of a few possibilities to ensure people to be satisfied with their job and the results.
Nesė Group is extremely concerned about the staff's opinion of their job. The study on staff's satisfaction held in May 2007 showed that people had especially valued the strong team, the right management and the benevolent environment. According to the results of the study, more than 92 percent of respondents put much value on character of their job and appreciated their choice. More than a half of respondents (62%) felt to be esteemed and did not think of looking for another job. 80% of company's employees participated in this study.
About Working Conditions
Nesė Group seeks to develop the best working conditions for the employees by taking care of their health condition and the prevention of professional diseases and promoting physical activities. How we Communicate?
Nesė Group's quarterly publication The Nesė Žmonės (The Nesė People) is written and commented on hot company's issues by the employers themselves. There is an intranet in our company to quickly spread the news among the staff. The Nesė Group's Employee's Guide helps newcomers to adapt in the company.
In 2007 the library was established for the employees of Nesė Group. More and more people visit the library which is constantly supplemented with new and valuable books.
Our Festivals and Leisure
We are a creative company looking for the new possibilities of self-expression all the time. The staff of Nesė Group participate in various TV shows, such as Super 5 on TV3, basketball fans contest on Tango TV, and other.
The photography contest Mūsų Gyvenimai (Our Lives) was held in 2007 and revealed the most creative fans of this kind of art.
All employees of Nesė Group gather together on the traditional occasions: we creatively celebrate the New Years fests by entire team. Children enjoy spectacular Christmas parties with Santa Claus‘ presents. Besides, during the year, we are engaged in summer sports event, abundantly visited by the Nesė Group employees and their family members. Basketball, football and voleyball tournaments, grill and beer fiesta and children plays have become traditional attributes to this event.
We also celebrate the most important events of Nesė Group together in a team spirit.
Sports
For the few resent years Nesė Group has presented the most numerous team in the Vilnius marathon held every September. Each year more and more company's representatives participate in this runners' fest.
Lots of the Nesė Group's staff plays basketball and football for free on their leisure time, attends sports clubs which are partly paid by the company. Providing the employees with possibilities to go for sports free of charge, Nesė Group promotes healthy and active leisure.
The bowling tournament, organized since 2006, has already become a routine. Every month personnel teams in Klaipėda and Vilnius at the same time ride the bowls to find out which one is the best.
